This group is intended for all Parents, Youth Facilitiators in Long Beach/Lakewood and North OC areas. All are welcome to join and share ideas, AND our intention as a group is to be a network of individuals interested in mindfulness (not necessarily meditation or spirituality), and a heart-centered approach to youth and families.
